Sign in with Apple, Google or your email. With email we send you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. Signing in keeps your chats, coins and plan on every device.

You can also continue as a guest. A guest’s data stays on that one device, and a guest can’t restore a purchase. Sign in to keep everything safe.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on iPhone, iPad, Android and at cleverai.app. Your chats, coins and Pro plan follow your account.

Clever AI speaks English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, German, Arabic, Persian and Russian. The AI itself answers in whatever language you write in.

Where you manage it depends on where you bought it. In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps:

On the web, for a plan bought at cleverai.app:

Nothing changes right away. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it doesn’t renew and your account returns to the free plan. Your chats stay. You can subscribe again any time.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid:

   iPhone or iPad: request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

   Android: request it from Google Play. Within 48 hours of buying you can usually do it yourself in your Google Play order history.

   Web (cleverai.app): email neurolify@neurolify.com with your account email, the purchase date and the reason. Weekly plans can be refunded within 48 hours, monthly within 7 days and yearly within 14 days.

Only Apple and Google can refund App Store and Google Play purchases; we can’t do it for them.

   Make sure the phone uses the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.

Bought Pro on the web? There’s nothing to restore. Just sign in with the same account on your phone.

Apple, Google Play and the web bill separately, so subscribing in two places means two subscriptions. Check your Apple and Google Play subscriptions and Billing on the web, cancel the one you don’t need, then email neurolify@neurolify.com so we can help with a refund.

For iPhone and iPad, update your payment method in your Apple account settings. For Android, update it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. For the web:

Coins pay for what you create. A chat message costs a little; images, videos and voices cost more because they take more computing power. Your balance is at the top of the app and in ••• › Wallet.

Chat with leading AI models, create and edit images, make videos and voices, use ready-made AI tools and agents, and connect apps you already use. It all works on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web.

Deleting is permanent. Your chats, favorites, settings and coins are removed from our servers and can’t be recovered.

   If your subscription renews, cancel it first. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel it, and the app asks you to cancel before it deletes.•••AccountManage Subscription

   Tick the box to confirm, then tap Delete Account. You may be asked to sign in again.

The web works the same way: ••• › Account › Delete Account. Can’t sign in any more? Email neurolify@neurolify.com from your account’s email address and ask us to delete it.

This shows a summary of your profile and subscription records that you can copy or share. For a full export of everything, email neurolify@neurolify.com. Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare it.

   Check your internet connection, or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

   Update Clever AI to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

   Close the app completely and open it again. On the web, reload the page.

   Still broken? Email neurolify@neurolify.com with a screenshot, your app version and your user ID (both at the bottom of the ••• menu).

Try again, or rephrase your prompt. AI models refuse some requests because of their safety rules. If it keeps failing, email neurolify@neurolify.com with the time it happened and your user ID so we can look into it.

Open the ••• menu and scroll to the very bottom. You’ll see Version and ID; tap the ID to copy it. The web app shows them in the same place.
